1. Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we primarily focus on and ship to customers in the USA and Canada.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate standard shipping of $4.99 on all orders across the USA and Canada.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
To offer you trending products at the best prices, we source directly from global suppliers. Shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Please note that during peak holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.
4. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 1–3 business days), we will automatically send a tracking number and a link to your email.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and smooth checkout.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed by our supplier and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send the item back to our fulfillment partner's warehouse
